One-Stop Electricals

One Stop Electricals is a member of the NICEIC Approved Contractor Scheme and we are
accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). The register of contractors is
formally known as the Roll of Approved Contractors and is operated by NICEIC under license from
the Electrical Safety Council. The aim of the Roll is to promote the use of competent persons and provide users of contracting services with a single source directory of competent contractors.
We are also a member of NICEIC's Domestic Installer Scheme. We are approved registered
installers to full scope or defined competence for domestic electrical installation work in accordance with Part P Building Regulations. This scheme covers design, installation and inspection and testing and certification of electrical installation work associated with dwellings, intended to operate at low or extra low voltage.
The Electrical Safety Council (ESC) is an independent charity committed to reducing deaths and injuries through electrical accidents at home and at work. They are supported by all sectors of the electrical industry as well as local and central government and work to promote safety and good practice.
Throughout our website you will see we constantly mention about how we comply with current BS Standards. BSI British Standards is the UK's national standards organization that produces standards and information products that promote and share best practice. It serves the interests of a wide range of industry sectors as well as governments, consumers, employees and society overall, to make sure that British, European and international standards are useful, relevant and authoritative.
